On 8-9 July the Council of Europe Human Rights Education for Legal Professionals (HELP) Programme holds its Annual Network Conference “Marking 70 years of ECHR in critical times”, for the first time in a fully online format.
The conference aims notably to mark the 70th anniversary of the ECHR, to inform on the current challenges for the respect of certain rights guaranteed by the ECHR and on the HELP response to those challenges through the HELP online courses.
The conference is held under the auspices of the Greek Chairmanship of the Committee of Ministers and is opened by the Secretary General of the Council of Europe.
A representative of the Execution Department will make a presentation on the new HELP module on the execution of ECHR judgments launched earlier this year.
