The Enlarged Partial Agreement on Cultural Routes of the Council of Europe is pleased to welcome Latvia as a new member State.
On 10 May, Mr Edgars Rinkēvičs, Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Latvia informed Mr Thorbjørn Jagland, Secretary General of the Council of Europe of the accession of Latvia to the Enlarged Partial Agreement on Cultural Routes. Latvia becomes the 33rd member State of the EPA.
Latvia is currently crossed by two certified Cultural Routes of the Council of Europe: the Hansa and Réseau Art Nouveau Network.
