Cultural Routes of the Council of Europe: New publications 2022/2023

The Enlarged Partial Agreement on Cultural Routes of the Council of Europe (EPA) and the European Institute of Cultural Routes (EICR) are pleased to announce the new publication on Cultural Routes of the Council of Europe 2022-2023 in time for the . 11th Cultural Routes Annual Advisory Forum in Chania, Greece. It presents all the Routes from the oldest ones, including Santiago de Compostela, the Hansa or the Phoenician Route, to the most recent ones, including the Historic Cafés Route, the European Fairy Tale Route and the Women Writers Route with a new design.

The general leaflet presenting the structure and aims of the Cultural Routes of the Council of Europe programme has been updated in English and Greek.

We also invite you to discover the updated publications Cultural Routes of the Council of Europe - Booklet for travellers (2023), Booklet for member States and Booklet for Cultural Routes, which are an invitation to travel, learn and get involved with the programmes and its 48 Cultural Routes of the Council of Europe.

Other thematic brochures can also be found on the website of the Programme.

Since the Santiago de Compostela Pilgrim Routes, the first Cultural Route certified in 1987, the Council of Europe’s Cultural Routes programme has so far identified 48 thematic routes with thousands of cultural sites and events in 60 countries, across Europe and beyond.
