Two back-to-back seminars take place in Baku, Azerbaijan for 126 trainee judges with an aim to acquaint them with basic concepts on corporate criminal liability cases, based on international good practices. The seminars, delivered by an international Council of Europe expert, focus on the most relevant economic crime offences and techniques used in investigating corporate criminal activities. During the event, the participants will also get an opportunity to engage in practical exercises enabling them to learn on applying respective standards and legislation, along with strategies for tackling money-laundering and corruption.
