The Conference of the Parties has published the updated Thematic Monitoring Reviews for the following articles of the CETS 198: 3(4)- the reversal of the burden of proof ; 6- management of the frozen or seized property ; 7(2c) and 19(1)- investigative powers and techniques (monitoring of banking operations), 9(3)-money laundering offence ; 10(1 & 2)- corporate liability ; 11-international recidivism ; 14- postponement of suspicious transactions ; and 25(2 & 3)-confiscated property. The updated Reviews include assessments of Morocco, following its ratification and the entry into force of the Convention, and of Aruba, to which the Kingdom of the Netherlands' accepted the Convention for Aruba.
