The Conference of the Parties has published the updated Thematic Monitoring Reviews for the following articles of the CETS No. 198: 3(4) - the reversal of the burden of proof ; 6 - management of the frozen or seized property ; 7(2c) and 19(1) - investigative powers and techniques (monitoring of banking operations), 9(3)-money laundering offence ; 10(1 & 2) - corporate liability ; 11- international recidivism ; 14 - postponement of suspicious transactions ; and 25(2 & 3)-confiscated property. The updated Reviews include assessments of the Crown Dependency of Jersey, for which the United Kingdom has ratified the Convention, as well as the Isle of Man, to which the United Kingdom has extended the application of the Warsaw Convention.
