The Conference of the Parties, during its 11th meeting (Strasbourg, 22-23 October 2019), discussed and adopted two Thematic Monitoring Reviews on States Parties implementation of Article 9(3) and Article 14 of the Warsaw Convention (CETS no. 198). The articles under scrutiny concern criminalisation of negligent money laundering and postponement of domestic suspicious transactions respectively.
The adoption and publication of both reviews marks the successful completion of the second round of horizontal thematic monitoring by the Conference.
