The Council of Europe is currently implementing the joint EU–Council of Europe project “Strengthening child-friendly justice among Barnahus-type services in Spanish regions (Phase II)”, co-funded by the European Union via the Technical Support Instrument, and implemented by the Council of Europe, in co-operation with the European Commission, Reform and Investment Task Force (SG REFORM), and in collaboration with the Spanish Ministry of Youth and Childhood and Ministry of the Presidency, Justice and Relations with Parliament, until April 2027.
The project aims to strengthen child-friendly justice and improve support for child victims of violence in Spain and its Autonomous Communities.
In this context, the Council of Europe is launching three separate calls for tenders for the provision of services in Spain, to be requested on an as-needed basis and in accordance with the ordering procedure defined in the respective Framework Contracts:
- Provision of interpretation equipment in Madrid
- Publication layout and printing in Spain
- Catering services in Madrid
Interested entities wishing to apply to one of the three calls for tenders are invited to consult the respective tender documents and carefully follow the instructions for submission.
The deadline for submission of applications is 6 October 2025 (23:59 CET). Applications should be sent exclusively to [email protected].
