The Council of Europe is currently in the process of drafting its new Strategy for the Rights of the Child (2022-2027) to guide the intergovernmental work carried out by the Steering Committee for the Rights of the Child (CDENF). Despite the difficulties posed by the COVID-19 crisis, the Council of Europe continues involving children in its work to ensure that their voices are heard in the formulation of legal and policy measures to be proposed for European and national action in the upcoming years.
In this context, the Council of Europe is looking for international consultants for the provision of intellectual and project management services, who will support the process of consulting children in selected member States, as specified in the following Concept Note, Act of Engagement and Tender File:
