The Justice Academy in Kosovo* gets started with online survey on court efficiency

On 17 September 2020, the heads of the initial and continuous training programmes at the Kosovo Justice Academy worked with the KoSEJ2 Action team on creating their first survey on court efficiency for judges, court presidents, and court staff. The survey will be deployed via email, in accordance with the Academy’s new approach for conducting Training Needs Assessments. The aim is to increase the participation rates and to improve the way to collect data. The responses will also be analysed more efficiently using the survey database. The Academy is very keen to shift from paper to online surveys, as it will significantly increase the quality of its training program. It is also eager to further improve its curriculum by including CEPEJ tools and indicators on court performance.

This activity has been organised in the framework of the KoSEJ II Action “Strengthening the Quality and Efficiency of Justice in Kosovo”, which is part of the programme entitled "Horizontal Facility for the Western Balkans and Turkey", co-funded by the European Union and the Council of Europe and implemented by the Council of Europe.
