Spain has deposited the instrument of ratification of the Council of Europe Convention against Trafficking in Human Organs (CETS No. 216). The Convention will enter into force concerning Spain on 1st April 2021.
Spain is the 11th Council of Europe member State to have ratified this Convention opened for signature in Santiago de Compostela on 25 March 2015. An another 15 States are signatories.Newsroom
