The Protocol amending the Additional Protocol to the Convention on the Transfer of Sentenced Persons CETS No.222 was opened for signature on the occasion of the 73rd plenary meeting of the Committee of Experts on the operation of European conventions on co-operation in criminal matters (PC-OC) on  22 November 2017 in Strasbourg. It was signed by Austria, Bulgaria, Luxembourg, Norway and Switzerland.
