The working group on Administration and artificial Intelligence of the European Committee on Legal Co-operation (CDCJ-ADMIN-AI) held its fourth and last meeting on 28-29 September 2023 in Strasbourg and online. The working group completed the update of the handbook “The administration and you”, first published by the CDCJ in 2018. This update takes into account the impact of the increasing use of artificial intelligence systems and automated decision making by administrative authorities in their relationship with individuals. This final draft will be examined by the CDCJ at its 101^st plenary meeting on 15-17 November 2023, with a view to its adoption.
