Management of the means of the prosecution services (2012)
Preliminary work - preparation of the 7th CCPE opinion (2012)
For 2012, the Committee of Ministers entrusted the CCPE with the task to draft an opinion on the difficulties concerning the implementation of Recommendation Rec(2000)19 when dealing with the improvement of the prosecutions services in members states, in particular the management of the means of the prosecution services. The draft opinion has been submitted for adoption at the 7th plenary meeting of the CCPE, on 26 and 27 November 2012 in Strasbourg.
Working group
The working group in charge of preparing Opinion No. 7 held its meetings on 11 and 12 April and on 6 and 7 June 2012 in Strasbourg (France).
