Montenegro:
receipt of the second cycle State Report
Montenegro submitted on 12 September 2012 its second state report in English and Montenegrin, pursuant to Article 25, paragraph 2, of the Framework Convention for the Protection of National Minorities.
It is now up to the Advisory Committee to consider it and adopt an opinion intended for the Committee of Ministers.
