Azerbaijan: receipt of the third cycle State Report

Azerbaijan submitted on 21 November 2011 its third state report in English, pursuant to Article 25, paragraph 2, of the Framework Convention for the Protection of National Minorities. It is now up to the Advisory Committee to consider it and adopt an opinion intended for the Committee of Ministers.
