Following the re-organisation of the Council of
Europe secretariat and the new structures in force at 1st of
October, the Secretariat of the Framework Convention for the
Protection of National Minorities becomes part of the Human Rights
and Antidiscrimination Division, Directorate General II - Democracy
The portal will be progressively updated in order to reflect the
