Spain ratifies Second Additional Protocol to the European Convention on Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters
Spain deposited instruments of ratification of the Second Additional Protocol to the European Convention on Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters (ETS n° 182). The entry into force of the Protocol concerning Spain is foreseen on 1st of July 2018.
This brings the number of States having ratified the Convention to 39.
5 States (Greece, Iceland, Italy, Luxembourg, and Russian Federation) have signed but have not yet ratified this Additional Protocol.The 30th meeting of the PC-OC Mod will take place on 16-17 March 2021 and will be held remotely in English via our BlueJeans platform.
