Last meeting of the PC-OC (Strasbourg, 14-16 November 2018)

The PC-OC held its 75th plenary meeting on 14-16 November 2018. Agenda items included the examination of a draft recommendation on the transfer of sentenced persons and of draft guidelines on the provision of information to Parties requesting extradition on the detention or measures of restriction imposed on the person sought.
