The Conference of the Parties, during its 10th meeting (Strasbourg, 30-31 October), discussed and adopted two Thematic Monitoring Reviews on States Parties implementation of Article 11 and Article 25 (§2-3) of the Warsaw Convention (CETS no. 198). Articles under scrutiny concern international recidivism and the sharing of confiscated property between the State Parties.
The adoption and publication of both reviews marks the successful completion of the first round of horizontal thematic monitoring recently introduced by the Conference.
