We are happy to announce the launching of another call for proposals for international one-off youth co-operation activities supporting young people from Ukraine.
The details of the call, including the eligibility, exclusion and award criteria, as well as application forms are now published on our website. and applications will be open for submission as from the end of July for youth organisations registered with the EYF, with the deadline of 1 September 2026 23:59 CEST.
This call aims to support international meetings of young people, involving directly young people from Ukraine and other Council of Europe member States, that contribute to the following objectives:
- Addressing emerging needs of young people from Ukraine in the context of the war of aggression
- Enhancing young people’s participation in democratic societies, in youth organisations and in other forms of mobilisation and action, specifically in the context of the war in Ukraine.
- Allowing young people to explore in depth a subject of importance relating to democracy, young people’s access to rights, peace and combating discrimination in the context of the war in Ukraine.
- Promoting intercultural dialogue by allowing young people to meaningfully connect across cultures, exchange perspectives, network, co-operate and learn from each other.
- Building capacities for future action and empowering young people to initiate, develop and support inspiring educational, awareness-raising, co-operation or advocacy initiatives, on the thematic priorities of the EYF.

This call is open for the following types of youth organisations:
- An international non-governmental youth organisation;
- An international network of non-governmental youth organisations;
- A sub-regional network of non-governmental youth organisations;
- A partnership composed of at least four national youth organisations; or
- A partnership of a national non-government youth organisation and an international non-governmental youth organisation or network.
For youth organisations interested in finding out more about the specificities of the calls for proposals an information session will be held online on Monday 10 August 2026 between 15h00 – 16h30 CEST (LINK TO JOIN THIS SESSION).

In addition to that, you can join our Digital Open Desks to ask any questions you may have on this call. They take place every Wednesday afternoon in July (8, 15, 22 and 29 July or 5, 12, 19, 26 August), from 14:00 to 16:00 CET, on TEAMS (no prior registration is required).
To apply for this call, applicants must be registered with the European Youth Foundation, as per the eligibility criteria indicated in the overview document of the specific call for proposal.
Interested candidates who are not yet registered with the Foundation must first create an account and submit their registration request at support4youth.coe.int. For applicants who are not yet registered with the European Youth Foundation, the online granting system will be available for creating a new registration form for a youth organisation by end of July/begining of August 2026.
The applicant’s registration must be validated by the EYF secretariat no later than the deadline of this call in order to apply.
Please note that the new online platform will be available for registrations of potential new candidates but also for accepting submissions of proposals from existing registered youth organisations only as from end of July/begining of August.
