A workshop with the Council of Ethics for the Public Service and media representatives was organised within the framework of the European Union/Council of Europe Joint Programme on “Consolidating Ethics in the Public Sector in Turkey” (TYEC2) in Ankara on 17 February 2014. As media institutions can play a crucial role in developing a culture of ethics in the society, the workshop provided an opportunity to discuss possible methodologies for the awareness raising on ethics issues among the general public.
