A workshop was held within the framework of the European Union/Council of Europe Joint Programme on “Consolidating Ethics in the Public Sector in Turkey” (TYEC2) in Ankara on 27 and 28 January 2014. The workshops aimed discussing the possible campaign methodologies and developing materials which will support Ethics Commissions of the Ministry of Interior and the Ministry of Finance in fulfilling their mandate of developing a culture of ethics. The workshops provided an opportunity to discuss the public relations strategy for promoting ethics in the relevant institution and in public.
