Council of Europe side event at Geneva Cyber Week 2026 on AI, cybercrime and electronic evidence

The Council of Europe Cybercrime Programme Office (C-PROC) will hold a side event at Geneva Cyber Week 2026 on Friday, 8 May 2026, entitled “Artificial Intelligence, cybercrime and electronic evidence: risks, opportunities, and global cooperation”.

The event will provide a strategic and practice-oriented exchange on the impact of artificial intelligence on cybercrime, electronic evidence and international cooperation. Discussions will focus on legal, operational and policy responses to these developments, with the aim of ensuring that they remain effective and consistent with human rights and rule of law standards.

Registration for Geneva Cyber Week 2026 is open until 30 April 2026. Participants are also invited to complete the dedicated online registration form in order to attend the side event.
