HUDERIA Academy
HUDERIA Academy is a dynamic and hands-on programme focused on the Risk and Impact Assessment of AI systems from the point of view of Human Rights, Democracy and the Rule of Law (HUDERIA Methodology) — developed by the Council of Europe to operationalise the principles of the Framework Convention throughout the lifecycle of AI systems.
The HUDERIA Academy is based around a 2-day process of applying and discussing the stages of the risk assessment approach[1] to a model use case. The use case should be highly relevant to participating stakeholders, but sufficiently generic so as not to be identified with a particular country or location. The use case is developed by the Digital Development Unit (DGI) and the Alan Turing Institute based on proposals by the partner Organisation/entity.
