332nd session of the European Committee of Social Rights

The European Committee of Social Rights will hold its first session for 2023 from 23 - 27 January 2023, in hybrid mode.

The Committee will proceed to the adoption of Conclusions 2022 in respect of 33 States Parties to the Charter concerning the provisions belonging to thematic group 3 “(Thematic group: Labour rights)”. These conclusions will be notified to States and made public in March 2023.

The Committee will also examine several pending collective complaints and will take stock of the situation related to the procedure provided for by Article 22 of the European Social Charter on “non-accepted provisions”. The countries concerned by this procedure in 2023 - Bosnia and Herzegovina, Latvia, Sweden, Croatia, Czech republic, Denmark, and Iceland - have been invited to submit written information by 30 June 2023.

During this session, the European Committee of Social Rights will also elect its new Bureau (President, Vice-Presidents and General Rapporteur).
