Hungary
La Hongrie a ratifié la Charte sociale européenne le 8/07/1999 et le Protocole additionnel à la Charte le 01/06/2005.
Elle a ratifié le Protocole portant amendement à la Charte le 4/02/2004.
Elle a ratifié la Charte sociale européenne révisée le 20 avril 2009 en acceptant 51des 98 paragraphes de la Charte révisée mais n’a pas encore accepté la procédure de réclamations collectives.
La Charte en droit internet
Article 7§1 de la Constitution: «Le système juridique de la République de Hongrie doit veiller à ce que les engagements découlant du droit international s’accordent avec le droit interne.»
