The European Committee of Social Rights (ECSR) will hold its 356th session from 29 June to 2 July 2026 in Strasbourg.
During this session, the Committee will inter alia deliberate on a number of pending collective complaints. It will also examine national reports for Conclusions 2026 (revised Charter) and Conclusions XXIII-1 (2026) (1961 Charter).
In addition, it will examine a draft report on non-accepted provisions in respect of Ireland with a view to its adoption.
