The Council of Europe Office in Georgia is looking for experts for the provision of local consultancy services.
They will support the implementation of the co-operation activities of the Congress of Local and Regional Authorities of the Council of Europe, carried out through the Centre of Expertise for Multilevel Governance, in the fields of participatory democracy, decentralisation and multi-level dialogue, prevention of combating disinformation and hate speech while promoting human rights, evidence-based decision-making and data-driven governance, communication and advocacy strategies, and Social and Behaviour Change as part of the Council of Europe Action Plans for Georgia (2024-2027).
The expected start date is 1 September 2025.
The deadline for submission of tenders is Tuesday, 27 May 2025.
