Through expert presentations and group work, participants identified barriers ranging from physical obstacles to informational and procedural gaps. They have also exchanged on good practices and comparative experiences from other Council of Europe member States, offering examples of inclusive voter education and outreach initiatives. Participants explored how such approaches could be adapted to the Georgian reality.
