The Council of Europe Office in Georgia, within the framework of the project “Combating Hate Speech in Georgia” implemented under the third phase of the joint programme of the European Union and the Council of Europe “Partnership for Good Governance”, is launching a competitive bidding procedure to establish a pool of local consultants for the provision of national consultancy services in the field of promoting equality, addressing discrimination and hatred.

All questions relating to this call for tenders must be submitted via the e-procurement platform, in English, no later than 15 June 2026. Questions sent by e-mail or post will not be processed.

The deadline for submitting applications is 22 June 2026, 16:00 (Georgia Time Zone).

Applications shall be submitted exclusively through the Council of Europe e-procurement platform in accordance with the Tender File and Terms of Reference.
