Within the framework of the project “Democracy Starts in Schools – Engaging School Children in Decision-Making Processes in Schools and Communities in Georgia (Phase II)”, the Council of Europe is launching a tender procedure for the provision of local consultancy services.

The aim of the tender is to establish a pool of local consultants whose services will be used by the Project on an as-needed basis until the end of 2027. The selected consultants will work in the areas of communication, visibility, graphic design, and multimedia production.

The tender is divided into two lots:

• Lot 1: Communication Strategy and Content
• Lot 2: Graphic Design and Multimedia Production
