The Council of Europe Office in Georgia, within the framework of the project “Advancing gender equality, strengthening justice and support for women in Georgia”, is launching a competitive bidding procedure to establish a pool of qualified organisations and individual consultants for the provision of communication and visibility consultancy services (written storytelling, digital video storytelling, and graphic design) to support activities in the field of human rights, democracy and the rule of law in Georgia.
