The Council of Europe project “Support to Civil Dialogue in Georgia” is launching a tender procedure for the provision of local consultancy services to be provided within the framework of the Project under four lots:

Lot 1: Democratic rights and freedoms

Lot 2: Deliberative and innovative participatory democracy

Lot 3: Gender equality and non-discrimination, countering hate speech

Lot 4: Participatory facilitation for civil dialogue and democratic engagement
