This Moot Court competition focuses on women rights in the framework of the European Convention on Human Rights and draws on cases of the European Court of Human Rights. It is organised by the Faculty of Law of the Alexandru Ioan Cuza University of Iași, under the auspices of the Open Council of Europe Academic Networks (OCEAN).
