The Transversal Challenges and Multilateral Projects Division of the Department for the Implementation of Human Rights, Justice and Legal Co-operation, DGI, of the Council of Europe is launching a Call for tender under the project “Technical Support for More Effective and Resilient National Preventive Mechanisms (NPM)” for the provision of consultancy services in the field of Human Rights protection and technical support for establishing a National Preventive Mechanism (NPM) in Ireland and enhancing one in Cyprus:

Lot 1: Human Rights consultancy related to the ratification of the OPCAT and establishment of a National Preventive Mechanism in Ireland

Lot 2: Human Rights consultancy related to the mandate of the National Preventive Mechanism of Cyprus
