The Transversal Challenges and Multilateral Projects Division of the Department for the Implementation of Human Rights, Justice and Legal Co-operation, DGI, of the Council of Europe is launching a Call for tender under the project “Technical Support for More Effective and Resilient National Preventive Mechanisms (NPM)” for the development of a methodology and a tracking tool supporting the follow-up to monitoring visits conducted by the Cypriot NPM.

Consultancy services are sought to assist in finalising the methodology and recommendations tracking system in cooperation with the Council of Europe Secretariat and the Cypriot NPM.

If you are interested, we invite you to submit your tender by 25 January 2026, 23:59 CET in line with the conditions in the tender file.
