The second annual meeting of the Steering Committee of the Project "Support to Consolidating Local Democracy in Armenia", took place on 20 January 2015 in Yerevan, Armenia.

The project is based on the Council of Europe Action Plan for Armenia, which lays the foundation for cooperation on the development of local democracy in Armenia by ensuring simultaneous implementation of legal assistance and capacity-building of local authorities, elected representatives and local administrations.

The Steering Committee, in full attendance of its members, discussed in detail Project activities realised throughout 2014 according to established workplan and timeframe, their relevance and the result achieved. It held exchanges on necessary readjustments in the workplan for 2015 and set out the priorities and orientation of project activities in 2015.
