The Council of Europe is launching a call for the provision communication and visibility services under the European Union and Council of Europe Partnership for Good Governance II project “Raising awareness of the Istanbul Convention and other gender equality standards in Azerbaijan”.
Under this call, the Council of Europe is looking for a maximum of 6 providers.
Tenderers can apply to one or both of the following specific lots:
- Lot 1 - Communication, visibility and public relations services, including media relations
- Lot 2 - Multimedia/video and graphic design services
Offers must be sent to the Council of Europe in electronic format only, following the procedures indicated in the call for tenders and tenderers should provide all the documents stated in the section “Documents to be provided”.
The deadline for submission of applications is 8 November 2020 (at 23:59 CET).
