The topic of the question of the protection of fundamental freedoms and the balance between the right to respect for private life and the protection of public order was dealt with by Patrice Spinosi, lawyer at the Conseil d'Etat and the Cour de Cassation.
His intervention was followed by a discussion allowing an interactive exchange on the subject.
