Nicole Palasz is a Program Coordinator at the U.S.-based Institute of World Affairs in the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee’s Center for International Education. In that role, she develops global engagement programs for K-12 educators, youth and the broader community. Previously, she worked with the New Tactics in Human Rights project at the Center for Victims of Torture, where she supported human rights defenders in identifying new ideas for action in their countries and communities. She holds Master’s Degrees from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University and the Humphrey Institute at the University of Minnesota.
