The Forum is an event organised in the context of the partnership covenant between the Council of Europe, the City of Strasbourg, the Region Grand Est, the European Collectivity of Alsace and the French Government thus channelling every possible synergy into the Forum and giving it the necessary political, financial, human and logistic resources.
