Siamak Ahmadi is co-founder and managing director of Dialog macht Schule gGmbH, a NGO that is committed in fostering personality development and  democratic competencies in children and young adults from disadvantaged background. The program is integrated within the schools curriculum and works long-term on building a democratic school environment. Ahmadi has a background in psychology and systemic counselling. His current interests are developing democratic and civic education within the context of migration and diversity.
