Appointed 1 May 2016 County Council of Mayotte, Younoussa ABAINE is responsible for preparing a service project in the Directorate of Mediation and Social Cohesion, which he headed. The mission includes the Cadis (Islamic judges) and Koranic teachers within it. Before, Younoussa Abaine was Director of Academic Affairs and at the Academic Department of Mayotte for twenty years (1996-2016). He has contributed to the training of Mayotte elite men and women who are now settled in the territory and contribute to its development.
