The Council of Europe is currently implementing the Project “Strengthening Participatory Democracy and Human Rights at Local Level in Georgia” as part of the Council of Europe Action Plan for Georgia 2020-2023.
Within the framework of this Project, it is looking for providers with relevant expertise to support the implementation of its e-learning component through web development and/or adjustment of online courses for the local authorities and their National Association in Georgia.
Expected start date is 9 January 2023. Deadline for submission of applications is 6 December 2022.
