Ensuring the coherence of judicial practice is always connected with the capacity of judges to interpret the legal provisions in the light of decisions of higher courts, Constitutional Court and the European Court of Human Rights; therefore a training on legal reasoning and legal drafting with the consideration of the European Human Rights Court’s case law and decisions of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina was organised for judicial assistants from 14 - 15 February 2019 in Sarajevo, in cooperation with the Judicial and Prosecutorial Training Centre of Federation of BiH.

The training was held by eminent judges of the Supreme Courts of Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Republika Srpska.
