Supporting legal debate on human rights protection in the light of the COVID-19 pandemic

To mark the Human Rights Day the Council of Europe and the European Union published an annual collection of articles on human rights.

The publication covers various issues of international and national standards in protection of human rights. Along with the problems identified at the international level, articles cover legal and practical problems of protection of human rights in Georgia. A particular emphasis is made at the problems related to the human rights protection at the time of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Printing of the publication was financed in the framework of the project "Supporting the criminal justice reforms - tackling criminal aspects of the judicial reforms in Georgia", funded by the European Union and the Council of Europe and implemented by the Council of Europe in their Partnership for Good Governance II
