Back Upgraded e-libraries - another step forward in enhancing the work of judicial training institutes in the Western Balkans

An IT feasibility study and proposal for upgrading of e-libraries within the Judicial Training Centres in the Western Balkan region was conducted in the framework of the region action Judicial training institutes for Quality and Sustainability. Based on the recommendations of the IT feasibility study, the action will support the Macedonian Academy for Judges and Prosecutors and Albanian School of Magistrates with upgrade of the existing webpage with the e-library functionality, Serbian Judicial Academy with refreshment of the existing webpage with linkage to the case law of the European Court of Human Rights, Centre for Judicial and Prosecutorial Training of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Centre for Judicial and Prosecutorial Training of Republika Srpska in obtaining online subscriptions. The modalities of this support are currently being discussed with the beneficiary institutions.

The action "Judicial training institutes for Quality and Sustainability" is a part of the joint European Union/Council of Europe programme “Horizontal Facility for the Western Balkans and Turkey 2019-2022” aiming to assist Beneficiaries in South-East Europe to comply with the Council of Europe standards and European Union acquis in the framework of the enlargement process, where relevant.
