The second-round table on methodology and protocols for the exchange of the courts case law was organised on 17 September 2021 in Sarajevo.

A Council of Europe expert for constitutional case-law, as well as representatives of the Council of Europe, the Standing Committee for Education and Judicial Documentation of the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Department of Judicial Documentation and Education of the HJPC Secretariat contributed to the discussion.

The roundtable discussed the identification of case flow from initiation of court procedure to its publication as a key element for the establishment of a unified methodology and protocols for the exchange of court practices. Publication of court decisions will achieve greater transparency of the judiciary, increase citizens' trust in the judiciary and ensure greater legal certainty.

This activity was organised in cooperation with the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council of Bosnia and Herzegovina within the project: " Initiative for Legal Certainty and Efficient Judiciary in Bosnia and Herzegovina - Phase II " implemented by the Council of Europe and funded by the Kingdom of Norway.
