Back Second Working Group meeting for the development of HELP model online course on the protection of human rights in the armed forces

The development of HELP model online course on the protection of human rights in the armed forces was launched in October 2020 as a part of the Council of Europe Project “Human Rights and Women in the Armed Forces of Armenia-Phase II” (the “Project”). After the first Working Group meeting on 12-13 November 2020, the Group gathered for the second time on 8-9 February 2021 to continue working on the development of the content of the HELP model course.

Four international consultants responsible for drafting the HELP model course as well as the mentor, representatives of the Project, e-learning designer and HELP secretariat participated at the event. During the second Working Group meeting questions related to further elaboration of modules’ structure and content, visualisation of the presented material, its adjustment to the scheme of the course were discussed. The next Working Group meeting will be held on 10-11 of May 2021.

The Project is implemented by the Council of Europe within the framework of the Council of Europe Action Plan for Armenia 2019-2022. Action Plan level funding is provided by Germany, Ireland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Sweden.
